About The Opportunity

They are looking for multiple Customer Service Officers to join their company in Osbourne Park, WA. 

The primary purpose of this position is to respond efficiently to a high volume of inbound calls whilst managing delivery and freight providers. 

Reporting directly to the National Customer Care Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with a range of freight providers 
  • Assist customers and carriers with any freight problems
  • Following up on order progress for customers
  • Manage a range of inbound customer calls and queries
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times 

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume call centre or customer support centre
  • An excellent phone manner and exposure to managing customer disputes
  • Basic computers skills with strong typing and administrative skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and organise your time in a fast-paced environment
  • An empathetic, thoughtful and positive attitude with a passion for excellent customer service
