About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Tier 2 Support Agent to join their company in Melbourne CBD, VIC with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Superannuation. 

The position of a Tier 2 Support Agent will be based in a small team, continuously meeting and
exceeding customer expectations. Through effectively communicating complex/technical solutions to non-technical users, whilst steadily working through assigned tickets to ensure SLA’s are adhered to.

 

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 2 Support Role
  • Considerable knowledge of SQL to assist with clients requirements 
  • Previous PowerShell experience (beneficial) 
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills 
This position would suit someone who has a personable approach and is patient with their customers, you will be ambitious and excited to work within a collaborative team, driving and leading the team to optimal outcomes.
