About The Opportunity
They are looking for a Tier 2 Support Agent to join their company in Melbourne CBD, VIC with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Superannuation.
The position of a Tier 2 Support Agent will be based in a small team, continuously meeting and
exceeding customer expectations. Through effectively communicating complex/technical solutions to non-technical users, whilst steadily working through assigned tickets to ensure SLA’s are adhered to.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 2 Support Role
- Considerable knowledge of SQL to assist with clients requirements
- Previous PowerShell experience (beneficial)
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
