About The Company 

Our client is an established manufacturer and distributor of high-end furniture and products for commercial spaces. They collaborate with their clients to ensure they create an environment which exceeds their expectations. They supply their clients with leading-edge products ranging from workstations, seating, tables, pods, storage, outdoor furniture and more. 

About The Opportunity 

They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their company in Surry Hills, NSW, with the potential to earn $55,000 pa | Negotiable Salary between $50,000 - $55,000 + Super. 

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing telephone calls to the appropriate staff
  • Greeting visitors to the showroom
  • Maintaining basic records and data entry
  • Handling and distributing mail including messenger service
  • Sales/order entry and production administrative assistance
  • Organising catering for showroom presentations and functions
  • Organising loan furniture for couriers and website clearance site
  • Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Customer Service & Sales Manager

About You 

The successful candidate will have proficient skills using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Any previous Receptionist or Administration experience would be beneficial.

This position would suit someone who is looking to start a career with the possibility of moving into a sales role.
