Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing and exciting company to work for. They specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Apnea and other sleep-related disorders. They currently have 9 retail stores, an online store and an ever-growing network of wholesale partners across QLD, NSW, WA, VIC and SA. 

The Opportunity

They are now seeking an Accounts and Administration Manager to join their company in the Gold Coast, QLD.

Reporting to the Operational Manager, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Process payroll for 35+ staff
  • Follow up on invoices and bills
  • Process stock orders for all stores and wholesalers 
  • Liaise with debtors and creditors 
  • HR duties including employment contracts and superannuation forms
  • General administration duties including data entry 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role including experience with Xero
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent computer skills

This role would suit a reliable and organised individual with the ability to perform under pressure.
