Our client is a family owned glass repair business that has operated for over 25 years. They pride themselves on being the dominant service provider in the glass repair industry to the business and property management sectors. About the Role 


They now require a Customer Service Representative to join their company in Alexandria, NSW with the potential to earn a negotiable salary + superannuation. 

Some of your responsibilities include:


  • Liaise with contractors and glaziers
  • Recording customer orders received by phone
  • Allocating work to tradespeople
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Follow relevant processes and procedures 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Experience using computerised systems 
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong phone manner
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced role
  • Experience liaising with tradespeople (desirable)
