Our client, a financial services and accounting practice has been in business for over 20 years. They specialise in providing a holistic service, from taxation services to financial planning and property investment. It is a leading company in the financial services industry, with an enviable brand and client base.
Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their company in Bentleigh VIC, with the potential to earn up to $50,000 PA + Super depending on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance and support to all team members.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Gathering client and product information in relation to superannuation, insurance and investment products
- Liaise with insurers and financial institutions
- Client communications and applications
- Assist with new business and preparation of files
- Handle client enquiries and contacts
- Manage client database
- Sourcing and provision of Annual Tax Statements to accountants and auditors as required
- Assist in the development of internal administration systems
To be successful in this role you will have experience within a financial company. Additionally, a Certificate IV in Business Administration or experience as a Receptionist would be desirable.
