Due to a recent expansion, our client is seeking a Mortgage Broker/Loan Writer to join their company in Homebush, NSW with the potential to earn a generous salary + superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to guide and manage the smooth running of all the loan lodgements, loan approvals and loan settlements of the business on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors and Loan Writers.
Reporting directly to the Founder and Head of Operations some of your major responsibilities include:
- Research of lender policies, presentation of lending options to clients and completion of all NCCP compliance documents
- Online lodgement of loan applications
- Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Ongoing loan management from application through to settlement
- Following up with Lenders directly to ensure approvals, loan documents and settlements
- Communicating clearly each loan milestone to all parties identified
To be successful in this role you will possess a Cert IV in Financial Services/Mortgage Broking with experience working within the banking/finance industry Additionally, you will have proven experience working successfully as a loan administrator combined with a solid understanding of major and non-major lender products and practices.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build strong and long lasting relationships. This is a fast paced role so exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently is essential.
