Our client is a leading product development company that has a strong brand portfolio and clientele. They supply to most major retail stores in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands and have a rapidly growing e-commerce direct to consumer business.
Our client is seeking an Ecommerce / Marketing Coordinator to join their company in Bella Vista, Sydney, with the potential to EARN a Generous Salary Based on Experience | Part-Time or Full-Time Work Available.
They are looking for a multi-skilled candidate that is open to a broad range of roles, that will split across assisting management in the promotion and coordination of the e-commerce website based using a Magento platform and assisting in product development projects for a wide portfolio of clients specialising in key categories within mum, baby and home customer profile.
The primary purpose of this position is to create and maintain an effective plan to expand the company's sales made via e-commerce.
Reporting to General Manager, some of your responsibilities include:
- Execute day-to-day content updates of website content
- Liaise with a search agency/contractor to develop compelling website content that improves search engine visibility, organic traffic and user engagement
- Work with designers to develop and design product artwork and packaging
- Follow up and coordinator production process with overseas suppliers and staff
- Coordinate Product photography shoots
- Execute engaging promotions and advertising projects across various media and channels; including EDM's, Adwords, Social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and influencer marketing
To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years experience in E-Commerce and a Bachelor degree in either Media, Marketing or a related field of study is desirable. Additionally, you will have proven hands-on experience in building content pages using a CMS, preferably Magento or Shopify.
Candidates must also have basic experience with SEO, Adwords, Facebook and Google Analytics.
