Our client is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their company in Hexham, NSW, with the potential to earn an excellent negotiable salary package.
The primary purpose of this position is to demonstrate technical/engineering processes and a high-level of sales and business development.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities include:
- Managing key accounts and identifying opportunities for new business
- Negotiating and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Providing solid technical support, and excellent customer service.
- Estimating, costing and quoting of jobs
- Assisting in project management and achieving sales budgets and targets
To be successful in this role you will have Hydraulic industry experience and a trade background, or are presently studying Engineering.
Post-trade hydraulic training qualifications are advantageous along with a forklift licence being beneficial for this role.
Candidates who are motivated, knowledgeable and can work well within a team will excel in this position.
