Our Client

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Managed Services Support Engineer to join their company in Sydney, CBD, with the potential to earn above award rate package (negotiable salary + incentives).

The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical support, work on projects and constantly assist the business to, improve and innovate company processes and systems to ensure the best possible IT service.

Reporting directly to the Technical Team Leader some of your responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients to provide tailored solutions 
  • Managing remote monitoring tools
  • Implementing and managing Microsoft server and related services
  • Managing and supporting Office 365 and backup systems 

To be successful in this role you will have 1-3 years experience within a managed service provider. Additionally, extensive experience with Office 365 System administration skills in Windows or Linux would be highly regarded for this role.

The ideal candidate will be driven, have great communication skills whilst being reliable and willing to go the extra mile.
